Strategic Definition

Defining the purpose/capability of the future facility and evaluating proposed sites or helping the client to find them.

Project Design Brief

Preparing concept site plan(s) and block plans for the indented facility that allow to prepare a rough-order-of-magnitude project budget and timeline.

User Requirements Specifications

Detailed layout planning, including major equipment, and preparing a detailed performance description for building (e.g. HVAC, MEP, Fire) and special (e.g. hangar doors, floor pits, cranes) systems.

Design & Permitting

While the detailed design and permitting is done by competent local companies, we can manage them on behalf of the client or carry out design reviews and monitor the process.

Construction

During construction we can supervise the project by having a team on-site or carry out regular site visits and attend project meetings helping the client to keep time, quality and cost under control.

Commissioning

The most crucial stage to ensure your building is fit-for-purpose and ready for certification by your local or international aviation authority. We can prepare commissioning schedules and be on site during this stage.

Project Close-Out

Capturing any deficiencies, creating and following up on snag lists and their remedial. Ensuring that the client receives all necessary as-built information, maintenance manuals and developing a maintenance plan.

Warranty Support

Supporting the client during the first 12 months of operations with any trouble shooting, documentation of defects and coordination with suppliers in case of warranty claims.
