Feasibilty
Studies

At MRO Facilities International, our feasibility studies take a project from the initial client brief, where we outline and discuss your plans. We then move onto initial layout and drawing of the proposed building. Budget costings are then prepared and compiled, including the relevant time scale for the completion of the project.

Layout
Design

After Developing the Clients brief, we will start to prepare concept layouts based on process flows. We will evaluate the equipment required for the processes and develop the room data sheets. We use lean concepts and build our proposals based on best architectural and engineering design practices. We always take into account the environment considerations and carry out design benefit analysis.

Design

We collaborate closely with clients to define project scope, processes, and specifications, considering all necessary utility services, local requirements, and key facility components. Our concept design phase includes preparing a generic design, scheduling special systems, defining project timelines, and providing a rough order of magnitude cost estimate, setting the foundation for detailed development in subsequent stages.

User Requirements
Specification

Also known as “Employer’s Requirements,” outline project objectives, timelines, and budgets. We expand on these by defining building layouts, equipment placement, room finishes, and service endpoints, culminating in comprehensive Room Data Sheets. Additionally, we provide a Gantt chart detailing key project milestones and an indicative budget, ensuring a thorough understanding of the project’s scope and requirements.

Tender Management &
Contractor Selection

We guide clients through the entire tendering process, from preparing detailed tender documents to evaluating and selecting contractors. Our team leverages industry knowledge to create clear, compliant bid packages, assists in pre-qualifying potential bidders, and provides objective analysis of submitted proposals. This service ensures a transparent, efficient, and competitive bidding process, helping clients secure the best-suited contractors for their aviation facility projects while adhering to all relevant regulations and project requirements.

Management

We manage a variety of functions when developing a project with you from the feasibility studies to the layout design, contractor selection and the tendering process. We manage the construction and also contract administration, including commissioning and provide as constructed information, including defects liability period.
